Classes done...learning continues

Just completed 5 graduate hours. Learning included the physical environment and the process of change. Both offered good information but as is often the case I think the largest part of the learning occurs with the collaboration with the other leadership students. The relationships that we have as leaders and teachers is so valuable. I have never been more aware of that than i am now. I will never attempt any change or lead any group without first making sure that the relationships are there and are built on a common vision and trust.
I am beginning to regain my positive outlook on the future and feel the excitement about the possibilities the future holds.
